Who can use Hotfire
Hotfire is licensed to organizations (companies, schools and other institutions) for use by their own staff and students. It isn't sold to individuals.
Licenses
Each organization's use is governed by its order and license agreement with Tycho Systems, which sets the plan, number of iPads and term. License keys may not be shared with other organizations, altered or circumvented.
Your data
Your organization owns its procedures and records. See our privacy page for how data is handled.
Export and sanctions
Hotfire is offered to organizations in the United States. It may not be exported, re-exported or used in violation of US export-control or sanctions laws, including by any party on a US government restricted-party list.
Standards and certification
Hotfire supports quality-system practices but isn't certified or validated for any standard. Each organization is responsible for how it uses Hotfire within its own quality system.
